Converting a List into an Array

Sometimes you will have a comma separated list of items that you want to include in a Field Mapping or Acceptance Criteria.

e.g. Only accept a lead when State is included in TX, NM, LA, OK

First, type out the comma separated list and copy+paste it into the Right-Hand Value field with the is equal to operator.

Next, switch the operator from is equal to to is included in. LeadConduit will automatically convert it to an array.

Q: What if my list has a comma inside one of the values?

A: You can put double quotes around the value with the internal comma. Here's an example:
