How do I activate a new delivery?

After you've configured a delivery with at least one column, a banner will appear that says "This delivery is valid but to start your outbound deliveries as scheduled you still need to activate it. Click here to activate this delivery". Click on the "Click here" link where instructed. Your delivery is now activated, ready to receive inbound data and execute outbound deliveries as configured.
