Fields Library

A complete list of our standard fields and your custom fields can be found under Libraries.

Standard Fields:

We recommend using our standard fields as much as possible. Standard fields work across all our integrations, and help normalize your data for your lead vendor and delivery tools.

  • From the Standard Fields tab in Libraries you can find more information about each field including:
    • Field type
    • Examples of data that can be passed
    • Which integrations support the field
    • Which flows use the field
  • To View Standard Fields:
  1. Hover over the Libraries tab at the top of LeadConduit and select Fields.
  2. Select the Standard Fields tab.
  3. Fields marked with the green usage icon indicate these are in use in a lead flow. Hover over the icon to see the number of flows using that field.

Custom Fields:

Custom fields are used when no standard field accommodates your data type. While we always encourage the use of standard fields, custom fields may be necessary from time to time. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you think we should standardize your custom field.

  • From the Custom Fields tab in Libraries, you can:
    • View existing custom field details, including:
      • Name
      • Field ID
      • Field type
      • Example data
    • Edit existing custom field details, including:
      • Name
      • Field type
      • Example data
    • Create new fields
  • To View Custom Fields:
  1. Hover over the Libraries tab at the top of LeadConduit and select Fields.
  2. Select the Custom Fields tab.

  • To Add Custom Fields in Your Library:
  1. From the Custom fields tab, select the Create Custom Field button in the upper right hand corner.
  2. If this is the first time creating a custom field, you will be instructed to create an account suffix.
  3. Add a name for the field by populating the Name field. Note: the field ID will be automatically created and will include your custom suffix.
  4. Add a description by populating the optional description field. This description will populate in your posting docs you share with lead sources
  5. Use the Type dropdown list to select the format of the data accepted by the custom field. The Type will appear on your posting doc and let your source know what kind of data to pass in your field. Types include:
    • Boolean
    • City
    • Credential
    • Date
    • Email
    • First Name
    • Gender
    • Last Name
    • Number
    • Phone
    • Postal Code
    • Range
    • SSN
    • State
    • Street
    • String
    • Time
    • URL
  6. Use the optional Examples field, when available, to include examples of what information should be passed in the custom field. These examples will automatically populate in the posting docs you provide to your sources.
  7. Click Create in the bottom right corner of the popup.
  • To Delete a Custom Field in Your Library:
  1. From the Custom Fields tab, select the field you would like to delete from the table by clicking on the field’s name.
  2. Click Delete in the bottom right corner of the popup.
  3. If your field is not being used in a flow, your field will be deleted. Once a field is deleted, it can not be restored.
  4. If your field is being used in a flow, deleting the field will not remove it from existing flows. Your flows will continue to operate with the field until you manually remove it from your flow. You will be able to make other changes to your flow using a deleted field. Even though the field is visible within a flow, you will not be able to edit the deleted field or see it from within your Library.

  3. If your source is being used in a flow, you will be prompted with an alert to show you the current flows the source is added to. You must delete the source from all flows before deleting the source from your library.

Once a source is deleted, it can not be restored.
