TrustedForm Implementation Checklist

  • Go to to get the script you will need to implement TrustedForm. You will need to enter your email address and click ‘Get TrustedForm Script’. We will only use this email address to contact you to notify you about product changes.
  • Make sure the script is present on the form page that is asking for provable data such as phone number.
  • Make sure the page is completely secured by SSL, including the form itself and all assets on the page. Most browsers will not load non secure assets, including javascript, images, and CSS, so this is crucial to allow the VideoReplay to render properly and ensure the security of consumer information.
  • Test the script after it is in place to make sure a certificate of authenticity is generated and delivered to the appropriate destination.

Note: Historically, TrustedForm Certificates have been viewable during the initial 72 hour claiming period by any party with access to the TrustedForm Certificate URL. As of Wednesday, July 15, 2020, TrustedForm certificates will only be visible to customers who have claimed the certificate.

Because certificates are now only visible to customers who have claimed them, we created "sandbox mode" to allow publishers to test that certificates are being generated correctly, before pushing a web form live. View our support article on how to implement and use sandbox mode.
