ActiveProspect integrates with AgileCRM to offer the Create and Update actions of their REST API directly through LeadConduit.

AgileCRM is found in the list of Recipient Integrations:

Finding What You Need

The UI will prompt you for the following:

  • Domain - Really the sub-domain of your AgileCRM instance e.g. {{domain}}.agilecrm.com
  • Email Address - The email of an AgieCRM user
  • REST API Key - See how to find your API Key

Once selected you have the option to either:

  • Create Contact
  • Update Contact

The UI will guide you through the rest of the setup steps.  Data required for each step is described in detail below.

Create Contact

Required Lead Fields

  • Phone - User's Phone number / LeadConduit phone_1

Optional Mapped Data

  • FirstName – LeadConduit first_name
  • LastName – LeadConduit last_name
  • Email – LeadConduit email
  • Company – LeadConduit company.name
  • State – LeadConduit state
  • Postal – LeadConduit postal_code
  • Title – LeadConduit title
  • Website – LeadConduit website
  • TrustedForm – LeadConduit trustedform_cert_url
  • Any Custom Field – Whatever you want!

Update Contact

Required Configuration

  • Agile CRM ID

Required Lead Fields

  • None

Optional Mapped Data
