Need help from our support team? You can submit a support ticket directly from ActiveProspect and track updates in the Help Center. This guide walks you through both.

Our official support hours for ticket responses and live assistance are:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time (CT).

• Live Chat: Available during these business hours for Contracted customers.

1. Log in to ActiveProspect
2. Click Support (bottom-right)
3. Fill out the form and click Submit

How to Submit and Track a Support Ticket

Step 1 – Log In to ActiveProspect

• Log in to ActiveProspect

Step 2 – Access Support in the ActiveProspect App

• Click the blue Support button located at the bottom right of the screen.

Step 3 – Enter Ticket Details

Complete the support form with the following information. The more detail you provide, the faster our support team can help you.

• Subject: Briefly describe the issue.
• Request Type: Select the appropriate ticket type.
• Product: Select ActiveProspect.
• Severity Level
  • Severity 1 – The entire app is unusable
  • Severity 2 – Part of the app is unusable
  • Severity 3 – You have a question about the app
• Description: Provide a clear and detailed explanation of your issue.
  If applicable, include the link to your ActiveProspect integration.
• Attachments (Optional): Attach any relevant files to support your request.

Step 4 – Submit the Ticket

1. Review all entered details.
2. Click the Submit button.

Expected result:
Your ticket is submitted and you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly.

Step 5 – Access the Help Center and View Your Tickets

The Help Center lets you track ticket status, view updates, and respond to our support team.

1. Log in to ActiveProspect Help Center
2. Click your name in the top right
3. Select My Tickets from the dropdown
