- Click Support (bottom-right)
- Fill out the form and click Submit
How to Submit and Track a Support Ticket
Step 1 – Log In to ActiveProspect
- Log in to ActiveProspect
Step 2 – Access Support in the ActiveProspect App
- Click the blue Support button located at the bottom right of the screen.
Step 3 – Enter Ticket Details
Complete the support form with the following information. The more detail you provide, the faster our support team can help you.
- Subject: Briefly describe the issue.
- Request Type: Select the appropriate ticket type.
- Product: Select ActiveProspect.

Severity Level
- Severity 1 – The entire app is unusable
- Severity 2 – Part of the app is unusable
- Severity 3 – You have a question about the app

Description: Provide a clear and detailed explanation of your issue.
If applicable, include the link to your ActiveProspect integration. - Attachments (Optional): Attach any relevant files to support your request.
Step 4 – Submit the Ticket
- Review all entered details.
- Click the Submit button.
Expected result:
Your ticket is submitted and you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly.
Step 5 – Access the Help Center and View Your Tickets
The Help Center lets you track ticket status, view updates, and respond to our support team.
- Log in to ActiveProspect Help Center
- Click your name in the top right
- Select My Tickets from the dropdown
