ActiveProspect now offers an integration with Service Objects to provide their Geo Phone Plus 2 API endpoint directly through LeadConduit.

This offering from Service Objects enables LeadConduit customers to use a lead’s phone number to look up and enhance it with more information about the service provider and contacts associated with the number. It is a Real-time reverse look-up for 400+ million US & Canadian phone numbers that provides telephone verification for landline, wireless & VOIP numbers.

What data gets appended
The appended fields of this integration includes a list of contacts associate with the lead’s phone number. Each contact in that list can contain the following properties:

| SICCode | Varies | The 8 digit Standard Industrial Classification related to business contact. |

| QualityScore | HIGH, MED, LOW | Landlines contacts will return a score of HIGH. Wireless numbers will return a score of HIGH if CallerID match is found with contact name returned. If there is no CallerID match, but a contact is found a score of LOW is returned. |
Enhancing a lead
After adding this as a step in your flow, Service Objects Geo Phone Plus 2 data will be appended to the lead. If multiple contacts are found the lead’s “Service Objects Geo Phone Plus 2 Phone Info Number Of Contacts” field will be greater than 1 and there will be multiple sets of appended data. This allows you to adapt your business logic if the phone number matches multiple contacts.
