Why Creating an Account Is Important
Every company that participates in the ActiveProspect platform—paid or free—must have an account. Each company receives one account with unlimited users. An Account is required to access products, submit support tickets, and serve as a point of contact for your business.

New users register via our self-service process at account.activeprospect.com/register. After verifying your email, if your email domain is already linked to an existing company account, you will see the “Request to Join Company Account” page where you can submit a join request for administrator approval.
Instructions:
- Open your browser and navigate to http://account.activeprospect.com/register.
- Enter your email and password. You’ll be emailed a verification code.
- Fill in your user information, as well as your company’s name when prompted.
- If your email domain is already associated with an existing account, click the “Request to Join Company Account” button to submit your access request.
Expected Result:
Your account is successfully created, or a join request is submitted for companies with an existing account.

Once you have completed the getting started questions, the Onboarding Dashboard automatically appears for self-service users. It presents a tailored checklist of modules based on your segmentation responses — helping you complete important setup tasks efficiently.

- Navigate to your homepage.
- Click Start on the first module and follow the steps outlined.
- As you complete each step, mark them as completed.
- Complete each module at your own pace; your progress is automatically saved to allow you to return at any time.

How do I reset my password?
On the log in page, click the “Forgot password?” option. Follow the steps in the email sent to your inbox.
How do I change my email address?
To update your email or other personal information associated with your account, log in to your ActiveProspect account, select your account name in the upper-right and then choose “Update My Info” from the dropdown menu. To save changes, enter your password and click “Save”.
