Data Retention Settings

LeadConduit allows users to select a business appropriate timeframe for the retention of personally identifiable information (PII).

If you would like to reduce how long we store PII, access the “Settings” link in the LeadConduit menu.

On the settings page, you can select from 3 months (the default), 2 months, or 1 month. If you do shorten the length of time we store PII, we will immediately and permanently delete leads that came in prior to the new time window. We won’t be able to recover them, so please be sure you’re comfortable with the change!

Please contact us if you require a different retention period. (no longer than 100 days)
