How do I begin to set up my LeadConduit Flows?

The product delivery team recommends that you keep things as simple and compact as possible. For most customers, fewer flows work best. Multiple sources can be assigned to a single flow, and multiple outbound delivery or destinations can also be assigned to a single flow. So long as they share recipients/buyers and the same business logic, you’ll find it easier to manage a single flow. For your onboarding, the Product Delivery Team recommends up to three sources in each flow, and one recipient (endpoint). You can add additional sources or recipients after your flow has gone live.

Ideally, you start off with one flow, and then you might reach a point in the future where this “primary” flow needs to be broken up into separate flows due to a growing need for logical operations, a number of delivery steps for a specific set of sources, etc. That’s typically a good moment in time to reach out to the Product Delivery Team and explain your use case.
