Accessing Flow History

To view the Flow History for a specific flow, navigate to the flow’s dashboard and click the “View History” button at the top-right of the page.

What You’ll See in Flow History

Once in the Flow History, you’ll see a log of changes made to the flow. The key sections include:

  • User: Displays the name of the user who made a change and the timestamp of when the change occurred.
  • Location of Changes: Shows where in the flow the modification was made, listing either the step or the source that was changed.
  • Actions: Contains a revert button, allowing users to roll back the flow to the version at that point in time.

Viewing Change Details

Clicking on a specific change will open a Details of Changes panel on the right side. This panel provides a more in-depth breakdown of what was modified, such as:

  • Fields that were added, removed, or updated.
  • Mappings that were created or changed.
  • Adjustments to sources, steps, or settings.

Restoring a Previous Version

If a change causes issues, you can revert the flow to a previous state by clicking the revert button in the Actions column.

By using the Flow History page, you can easily track modifications, maintain accountability, and quickly correct any unintended changes.
