You can use the LeadConduit Five9 Recipient Integration to send a lead a Five9 List.
Getting Started
The information you’ll need to get started:
- A Five9 account
- Your Five9 Domain
- Your Five9 List(s)
- Your Five9 Key (if you haven’t defined a key, set the value to “number1”)

Configuring Five9 in LeadConduit
Open your flow editor in LeadConduit to the Steps tab, select Add Recipient, Search for “Five9”, and choose the Five9 integration.
You’ll be prompted to specify if you want to use the integration with or without authentication; in case you decide to authenticate, you’ll need to type your Five9 username and password

Finally, you’ll be prompted to type your Five9 domain and list

Once the step is added to the flow, you can start using the Five9 recipient in your Flow.
You can also specify any custom field mapping you might have from the Edit Field Mappings menu.
Automatically Mapped Fields
The following fields are handled by the integration, meaning you don’t need to do anything to pass them to Five9
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone 1
- Address 1
- City
- State
- Postal Code
Manually Mapped Fields
The following fields can be mapped manually in the field mapping section:
- Custom: Custom/Non-standard fields
Fields Returned by the Integration
- Outcome: Integration outcome (success, failure, or error)
- Reason: The reason if the outcome is Error, Failure, Skip
