How to get and manage your ServiceTitan credentials?

ServiceTitan requires the following data to work within your LeadConduit Flow:

• Application Key: https://developer.servicetitan.io/docs/get-going-create-an-app/
• ActiveProspect will provide this.
• Client ID & Client Secret: https://developer.servicetitan.io/docs/get-going-manage-client-id-and-secret/
• Tenant ID: https://developer.servicetitan.io/docs/faqs-app-key-client-id-secret/
• You’ll need to provide yours to your CSM or the Support team so that we can connect your account with ActiveProspect’s ServiceTitan account.

Once you have collected these, you can submit leads to your ServiceTitan account.
