The time zone in the LeadConduit dashboard is set to your computer’s local time. While all leads are timestamped in UTC, LeadConduit translates the UTC timestamp to the computer’s local time zone. As a result, if you and a colleague are running the same report for a 24 hour period in different time zones, you may see different lead counts.
Billing uses the account’s time zone, which is set when the account is created. This can be edited by the customer or Support under My Account/Account Settings.
