How to disable or pause leads from a partner

When you need to pause and reject leads received from a lead vendor or partner, you can take these steps on LeadConduit:

  1. Log in and pick the LeadConduit app
  2. Click the flow where the source is sending in leads (from Flows on the left navigation, if you do not see it on the Home dashboard)
  3. Click Edit
  4. Click the Sources tab
  5. Click the slider to the left of the source from which you would like to reject leads
  6. Save the flow

Thereafter, the source will receive a “failure” response for each lead sent into the flow.

If you permanently do not want to receive leads and will not expect to run reports on leads received from a source, click the “Delete” trash can to the right of the source and Save the flow.
