When you need to pause and reject leads received from a lead vendor or partner, you can take these steps on LeadConduit:
- Log in and pick the LeadConduit app
- Click the flow where the source is sending in leads (from Flows on the left navigation, if you do not see it on the Home dashboard)
- Click Edit
- Click the Sources tab
- Click the slider to the left of the source from which you would like to reject leads
- Save the flow
Thereafter, the source will receive a “failure” response for each lead sent into the flow.
If you permanently do not want to receive leads and will not expect to run reports on leads received from a source, click the “Delete” trash can to the right of the source and Save the flow.
