Capture Request

Capture requests are used to invite another user outside of your Hover Org to capture a job for you. For example a contractor can create a capture request that’s sent to a homeowner.

The Homeowner or Pro User captures the job and both the capturing user and creator get access to the job once complete. Once a capture request is created either the user requesting the capture or the user receiving the capture request can capture it. After creation Hover will send notifications to capturing_user_email and capturing_user_phone, instructing them to download the app and take the photos.

What constitutes a …

Success Error
The Hover service responds with a successful status code and the meta data of created capture request. The Hover service responds with a status code that indicates something went wrong as well an error message the describes the issue and how to resolve it.

Adding Credentials

NOTE: Hover is a “bring your own credentials” Recipient, so when you add it to your flow, you’ll be prompted to log in to your Hover account so you can Authorize Active Prospect to make requests to your account.

Delivering a lead

After adding this as a step in your flow, leads that are delivered to your Hover account will have a capture request created for them. This will send them notifications to download the Hover App and take photos to complete the job that will create a 3D model of the requested property. This integration makes the process of getting your leads from LeadConduit to Hover seamless.
