Submit lead forms to ServiceTitan to maximize profits, grow your businesses, and overcome any obstacle the day may bring. Adding the ServiceTitan - Submit Lead Form integration as a recipient step in LeadConduit allows you to send leads to ServiceTitan’s platform, where they will be handled by your team members.

Success Failure Error
The service is available, and data is appended to your lead. The service is available but is unable to complete your request; details will be contained in the reason field. The service is unreachable or has encountered an unexpected error; any details available will be included in the reason field.
How does it work?

Edit your LeadConduit flow, switch to the “Steps” tab, and Add an “Integration” Step.

Search for this Integration and click on it’s name.

Then, you’ll be prompted to name your new recipient.

Next, you’ll need to type your ServiceTitan credentials.

  • Check THESE guidelines on how to generate your credentials. Notice that you should contact your CSM or the Support team, providing them with your Tenant ID. They will provide you with the Application Key so that you can start delivering leads to ServiceTitan.

Finally, once you have entered your API Key and clicked on “Confirm”, your integration with ServiceTitan CRM is complete, and leads from this flow will be sent to the ServiceTitan platform!
