If your LinkedIn Ad Account has been deleted or its information has changed, you’ll need to reauthorize it to refresh the connection with LeadsBridge.
Steps to Reauthorize:
- Log in to your LeadsBridge account.
- Navigate to LinkedIn Suite >> Members. (Direct link: https://leadsbridge.om/app/linkedinMembers)
- Click the Name of the account you wish to reauthorize.
- Follow the on-screen Authorization steps. (We recommend enabling “Full page control” and “Page super admin” permissions.)
Important Notes
- Error Notifications: If you receive error notifications from LinkedIn, ensure your user role is at least “ACTIVE” as an “Account Manager,” “Campaign Manager,” or “Creative Manager.” If not, assign the appropriate role and reauthorize your account here: https://leadsbridge.com/app/linkedinMembers.
- LinkedIn Page Permissions: The user connecting the LinkedIn Ads account must be a “Page Admin” or “Lead Gen Forms Manager” for the associated LinkedIn Business Page. To verify permissions:
- Go to Campaign Manager.
- Select the relevant business page.
- In the top right, click Admin tools and select Page Admins.
