Monitoring Automated Retry in LeadConduit

As the name states, automated retry will initiate automatically when the Automated Retry feature is enabled on a recipient step and that step errors. At any point during this process, a user can monitor Automated Retry in a few locations to understand the current status of a recipient step being retried.

Automated RetryEvents

To get an overview of all Automated Retry events for a given timeframe, the Events View is the place to go.
Select Automated Reties under event type to see all current and past Automated Retry events.

Answer questions like:

  • How many leads are currently being retried?
  • How many leads have completed the Automated Retry process?
  • How many leads were successfully delivered?
  • How many leads resulted in an error or failure?
  • In the past week, how many leads went through the Automated Retry process?
  • What are the most common error reasons that cause Automated Retry to initiate?
  • What is the percentage of leads that get retried are resulting in successful delivery to my recipient system?

You will see 2 event types per lead processed through any flow:

1. Automated Retry Initiated: Pending

2. Automated Retry Complete: Success, Failure, or Error

Lead Details

To dive deep into an individual lead, the Lead Details page will provide all the specific information needed to understand the leads lifecycle through a flow.

Answer questions like:

  • When did this lead start the Automated Retry process?
  • When was the last attempt to redeliver this lead?
  • How many Automated Retry attempts are remaining?
  • What is the current Automated Retry Status ?
  • What was the final outcome and reason of Automated Retry?
