LeadConduit Automated Retry - Statuses

When monitoring Automated Retry (see Monitoring article for more information), you will see a few different statuses that will provide an indicator where the lead is in the Automated Retry process

Automated Retry Event Statuses

Automated Retry Status: the current status of the Automated Retry event

1. Pending, the lead is currently attempting redelivery to the recipient system
2. Completed, the lead has finished the process due to either receiving a failure from the recipient system or by exhausting the retry attempts. When complete, the pending status will change to the the Automated Retry final outcome.

Automated Retry Outcomes: the final outcome of the Automated Retry process

1. Error
2. Failure
3. Success
