After uploading a new file, why is my SuppressionList showing 0 records?

Perhaps you’ve put together a CSV file of the values you want to upload to SuppressionList, logged in, pressed Replace List Entries, uploaded, submitted, and received an email saying your file was processed. How can it be that your Suppressionlist show 0 records at top right, like the list in the screen shot below?

How to correct the problem:

  1. Check your uploaded file name, which can be found under Recent Jobs. The example shows spaces in the file name uploaded (circled in red). SuppressionList file name requirements stringently do not allow spaces in the name of the file being uploaded.
  2. Go to your file on your system, and remove any spaces in the name
  3. Try again to replace the SuppressionList entries.
