Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1. Install Gravity Forms on WordPress and create your form
- Goal: Get Gravity Forms installed and create the form you’ll use to collect lead data

Instructions:
- Obtain your Gravity Forms license
- Install Gravity Forms on WordPress by following Gravity Forms’ install instructions
- In your WordPress Dashboard, click Forms in the left pane.
- Click Add New.
Expected Result: A new Gravity Form is created and ready for configuration
Step 2. Activate the Gravity Forms Webhooks Add-On
- Goal: Enable the Gravity Forms Webhooks Add-On so Gravity Forms can send lead data into LeadConduit

Instructions:
- In your WordPress site, go to Forms → Add-Ons (left pane).
- Under Webhooks Add-On, click Activate.

Step 3. Configure a webhook to send leads to LeadConduit
- Goal: Set LeadConduit as the destination and map the data you want to send
- Context: You’ll enter your LeadConduit posting URL (from your Submission Docs) and map fields using Key/Value pairs based on your Flow Fields
Instructions:
- Go to Forms → Your Form Name → Settings (top pane).
- Click Webhooks.
- Click Add New.
- Set Request URL to your LeadConduit posting URL (from your Submission Docs), for example:
https://app.leadconduit.com/flows/[flow_name]/sources/[source_id]/submit - Set Request Body to Select Fields.
- For each field you want to send, set Key and Value according to your Flow Fields. Example: under Value select Email, and as Key type
email. - Click Save Settings.
Expected Result: The Gravity Form is ready to send lead data to LeadConduit
Step 4. Configure additional forms (optional)
- Goal: Send leads to LeadConduit from more than one Gravity Form
Instructions:
- For each additional form, go to Forms → Your Form Name → Settings → Webhooks.
- Click Add New and repeat the configuration steps.
Expected Result: Each form has its own webhook configuration for LeadConduit
