Getting Started
There are a couple of different situations where you may find yourself needing to remove fields from an integration. The most common one is removing a field from a custom integration built using a recipient step.
Removing a Field From a Custom Integration
A custom integration is built using a recipient step. You define what fields are sent, where they are sent to, and how they get there. You can choose options like a JSON delivery, Form POST, SOAP, or XML. When using a custom integration such as a JSON delivery or Form POST, removing a field should be as simple as deleting the mapping in the recipient step. You will need to go to your flow, click the recipient step and click the “Edit Field Mappings” button. From there, find the field mapping you are wanting to delete and click the “-” next to it.
Removing a Field From an Enhancement
Removing a field from an enhancement is much less common and usually requires some more communication. You will need to contact our support team and we will communicate with our product team to see if it’s a field we can remove.
