Publisher Partner Program Tier Framework

This document outlines the tier structure for the ActiveProspect Publisher Partner Program. Each tier defines a clear set of benefits, requirements, and expectations to ensure trust, performance, and mutual value across the partner ecosystem.

  • Certified – Baseline verification and trust layer
  • Silver – Proven engagement and performance
  • Gold – Strategic, top-tier partners with priority access and visibility

Certified Partner

Certified Partners meet ActiveProspect’s baseline trust, compliance, and operational requirements. This tier establishes credibility and eligibility for program participation and directory inclusion.

Benefits

  • Eligibility for Partner/Seller Directory listing (baseline placement)
  • Certified Partner badge for website and marketing use
  • Access to partner onboarding resources and documentation
  • Participation in partner communications and updates
  • Eligibility for referral tracking and attribution
  • Access to select co-marketing opportunities (as available)

Requirements

  • Agreed to AP’s Partner T&Cs (application)
  • Confirm ownership of all of your domains
  • Maintain at least 3 active connections on the ActiveProspect platform
  • Generate TrustedForm Certificates
  • Complete all required fields in your Company Profile

Silver Partner

The Silver Tier recognizes partners who have demonstrated consistent performance and are actively growing their business with us. Partners in this tier receive enhanced support and resources to accelerate their success.

Benefits

  • All Certified Partner benefits, plus:
  • Enhanced directory placement and visibility
  • Silver Partner badge
  • Access to higher visibility co-marketing opportunities (webinars, blogs, events)
  • Eligibility for referral reciprocity programs (warm introductions to buyers)
  • Priority consideration for beta programs and new features
  • Access to partner performance insights and reporting
  • Quarterly partner check-ins (QBR)

Requirements

  • All Certified Partner requirements, plus:
  • Produced
    • $50K of referral revenue in rolling 12 months
      -or-
    • 10 Referrals
  • Minimum of 5 active buyer or seller connections
  • Participation in at least one joint marketing or enablement activity per year

Gold Partner

The Gold Tier is reserved for our most strategic partners who demonstrate exceptional commitment, drive significant revenue, and act as extensions of our own sales and service teams.

Benefits

  • All Silver Partner benefits, plus:
  • Premium directory placement and prioritization
  • Gold Partner badge
  • Dedicated partner manager
  • Early access to product features, betas, and roadmap previews
  • Priority co-marketing opportunities (speaking slots, in person event sponsorships and invitations, case studies, webinars)
  • Joint sales enablement and customized co-selling materials
  • Potential access to MDF or strategic incentives
  • Executive-level relationship and planning sessions
  • Public recognition as a top-tier ActiveProspect partner

Requirements

  • All Silver Partner requirements, plus:
  • Produced
    • $100K of referral revenue in rolling 12 months
      -or-
    • 20 Referrals in rolling 12 months
  • Minimum of 15 active buyer or seller connections
  • Commitment to quarterly business reviews
  • Active participation in strategic initiatives or pilots

Additional Program Considerations (applies to all tiers)

Branding & Badge Usage

  • Badges and branding may only be used while in good standing
  • Usage must follow ActiveProspect brand guidelines
  • Misuse may result in suspension or removal from the program

Directory Inclusion

  • Directory placement and visibility vary by tier
  • Continued inclusion is contingent on meeting tier requirements
  • ActiveProspect reserves the right to remove partners who fall out of compliance

Compliance & Data Usage

  • Partners must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations
  • Ongoing monitoring may be automated or manual
  • Non-compliance may trigger remediation, downgrade, or removal

Tier Review & Changes

  • Tier status is reviewed quarterly
  • Partners may be upgraded or downgraded based on performance
  • We will reserve the right to modify tier criteria
