How the Optimization Hub works

Optimization Hub adds a component to the TrustedForm Home page that highlights potential issues found in retained certificates.

Alerts are generated based on metrics calculated from the previous calendar month, and the values are refreshed on the 1st of each month.

Alert Categories

The Optimization Hub can display the following alerts:

  • Bot Detection – Percentage of retained certificates detected as bots.
  • Submissions Outside the U.S. – Percentage of leads originating from outside the United States.
  • Consent Language Contrast – Percentage of retained certificates with consent text contrast below a 3:1 ratio.
  • Consent Language Font Size – Percentage of retained certificates where consent text is smaller than 10px.
  • Consent Language Missing – Percentage of leads where consent language could not be detected.

Alerts are hidden automatically when the metric falls below 0.5% of retained certificates for the previous calendar month.


Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the Optimization Hub

  1. Log in to your TrustedForm account.
  2. Navigate to the TrustedForm Home dashboard.

Expected Result:
A list of alerts appears showing potential lead quality or compliance issues (if any).


2. Select an Alert

  1. Review the alerts listed in the left panel.
  2. Click any alert to view details.
  3. Review the alert information displayed on the right panel.

Each alert card includes:

  • Banner text describing the issue.
  • Metric text showing the percentage of impacted leads.
  • Metric description explaining the risk or compliance impact.
  • Video thumbnail that opens an instructional video in a modal.
  • Prompt to Enable a new feature or recommended next steps .

Expected Result:
The selected alert expands to show additional context and recommended actions.


If the related feature is not enabled, the alert displays a button to enable the feature.

Examples:

  • Add Bot Detection with Insights
  • Add Font Size Check with TrustedForm Verify

If the feature is enabled, the alert displays recommended next steps such as:

  • Rejecting or flagging bot generated leads.
  • Adjusting verification thresholds (for example, minimum font size or contrast ratio).

Users can quickly enable relevant features or take action to improve lead quality.

Self-Service Customers

  1. Click the enable button on the alert card.
  2. A new tab opens the appropriate feature enablement page.

Managed Customers

  1. Click the enable button.
  2. A modal appears prompting contact with Customer Success.
  3. Selecting Contact Customer Success launches an email to: customersuccess@activeprospect.com.

The feature becomes enabled for the account after activation or contract updates.
