Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1. Log In and Access the Seller Directory

  • Goal: Access the directory of verified sellers
  • Context: The Seller Directory is a curated list of verified partners available on the platform.

Instructions:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to the Seller Directory from within the platform: https://app.activeprospect.com/network/directory

Expected Result:
You see a list of seller preview cards with high-level information about each seller. If you do not see this, check your eligibility in the next step.


Step 2. Confirm Your Eligibility

  • Goal: Confirm you are eligible to view the Seller Directory
  • Context: Not all users view the directory at this time

Instructions:

  1. Confirm your account is a contracted account and that you are using LeadConduit
  2. Verify your role is set as a lead buyer or both buyer and seller in your company profile: https://app.activeprospect.com/account/settings/profile/edit

Expected Result:
You are able to view sellers in the Seller Directory


Step 3. Browse and Filter Sellers

  • Goal: Find relevant sellers for your business needs
  • Context: The directory includes verified sellers with curated profiles

Instructions:

  1. Review seller preview cards on the directory page
  2. Use filters to narrow results by:
    • Lead vertical
    • Lead type
    • Zip code requirements
    • Pricing model
    • Number of connections
  3. Click on a seller card to view the full company profile

Expected Result:
You can identify sellers that match your target criteria and view detailed profiles


Step 4. Send an Introduction Request

  • Goal: Initiate an introuction with a seller
  • Context: Introductions are handled via email to start conversations

Instructions:

  1. Select a seller from the directory
  2. Click “Request Intro”. In order to send an introduction, all required fields in your company profile must be completed.
  3. Fill out the introduction form. The from email is the main point of contact for your account specified in your company profile. When the seller replies to the introduction email, the reply will go to the from email.
  4. (Optional) Add additional users to be CC’d
  5. Submit the request

Expected Result:
An email introduction is sent to the seller.


Step 5. Track Your Introduction Status

  • Goal: Monitor outreach and avoid duplicate requests

Instructions:

  1. Return to the Seller Directory
  2. Look for status indicators on seller profiles
  3. You can also view sent introductions from the Connections page and navigating to the Introductions sent tab: https://app.activeprospect.com/network/connections

Expected Result:
You can clearly see which sellers are new, contacted, or connected


Validate Your Setup

To confirm everything is working:

  • You can access the Seller Directory
  • You can view seller profiles and apply filters
  • The “Request Intro” button is enabled
  • You successfully submit an introduction request
  • You receive or are CC’d on the introduction email
