Seller Directory Connections Requirement

To be listed as a Certified Publisher in the Seller Directory, you must have at least three active connections where you are the seller in the relationship.

This requirement helps ensure that publishers in the directory are actively delivering leads and have established, verified relationships with buyers.

If you currently have fewer than three qualifying connections, you won’t be eligible for certification at this time.

I think I should have connections—why aren’t they showing?

If you believe you already have qualifying connections but they’re not appearing in the app, there are a couple of common scenarios to check:

1. You are delivering leads into a buyer’s LeadConduit flow

If you are sending leads to a partner’s LeadConduit flow, this typically counts as a connection.

You would know this is the case if:

• Your buyer has provided you with posting instructions
• You are actively posting leads to their LeadConduit flow

2. Your buyer retains your TrustedForm certificates

If your buyer is retaining your TrustedForm certificates, this can also indicate an active relationship that should be reflected as a connection.
