Feature Snapshot

Summary:
The InfutorData Attributes integration adds an enrichment step to your LeadConduit flow. It appends InfutorData demographic and Geo Credit attributes to a lead from the InfutorData identity graph, and it can filter leads based on what those attributes return.

Key Benefits:

  • Enriches leads with household-level credit and demographic data.
  • Filters leads on a minimum Vantage score range or homeownership before they move through the flow.
  • Runs inside the flow as a step you configure with its own credentials and failure handling.

Typical Use Cases:

  • Appending homeownership so downstream steps or buyers can segment on it.
  • Screening leads against a household Geo Credit band before delivery.
  • Standardizing demographic attributes across sources from a single identity graph.

How Attributes works

InfutorData offers more than one integration. Attributes is the one that enriches leads with demographic and Geo Credit data from the InfutorData identity graph. You add it as an integration step, authenticate with your InfutorData credentials, optionally set filters on the returned data, decide what happens when a filter has no data, and choose what the flow does when InfutorData returns a failure response.

Note that the Vantage score here is household-level Geo Credit data, not the individual’s credit score.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions

Step 1. Add an integration step to your flow

  • Goal: Open the step picker and start adding an integration.
  • Context: Attributes runs as a step inside an existing flow, so you begin from the flow you want to enrich.

Instructions:

  1. Open your flow.
  2. Click Add to Flow in the top right.
  3. Under Steps, click Integration.

Expected Result:
The “Add an Integration” search dialog opens.

Step 2. Find and select InfutorData

  • Goal: Locate the InfutorData integration.
  • Context: The search matches on the vendor name, so a few letters are enough.

Instructions:

  1. In the search box, type InfutorData.
  2. Select the InfutorData tile.

Expected Result:
The InfutorData integration is selected and you move to the integration selector.

Step 3. Choose the Attributes integration

  • Goal: Pick Attributes from InfutorData’s available integrations.
  • Context: InfutorData offers several integrations (Identity Completion and Identity Scoring among them). Attributes is the one that appends demographic and Geo Credit data.

Instructions:

  1. Select InfutorData Attributes.
  2. Click Next.

Expected Result:
The InfutorData authentication dialog opens.

Step 4. Enter your InfutorData credentials

  • Goal: Authenticate the integration with your InfutorData account.
  • Context: Enter the credentials you receive from InfutorData into the integration configuration screen in LeadConduit.

Instructions:

  1. Enter your Account Code (lac).
  2. If you have them, enter the optional Audit Profile Key (lak) and Agency Code.
  3. Click Confirm.

Expected Result:
InfutorData accepts the credentials and moves you to the filter settings. If you need help finding these values, use the How do I get my InfutorData credentials? link in the dialog.

Step 5. Set your attribute filters

  • Goal: Decide whether to filter leads on the returned attributes.
  • Context: Each filter defaults to “Don’t filter.” Leave it there to enrich without filtering, or pick a threshold to screen leads.

Instructions:

  1. Under Credit, set Minimum Vantage score range (household-level Geo Credit data, not the individual’s credit score), or leave it on Don’t filter.
  2. Under Demographics, set Homeownership (whether the lead identifies as a homeowner or renter), or leave it on Don’t filter.
  3. Click Continue.

Expected Result:
The no-data handling step opens.

Step 6. Choose what happens when a filter has no data

  • Goal: Tell the flow how to treat a lead when InfutorData returns no data for an active filter.
  • Context: InfutorData omits fields it has no data for. This setting also applies to the stop-on-failure step.

Instructions:

  1. From the dropdown, choose Let the lead through or the stop option.
  2. Click Continue.

Expected Result:
The failure-handling step opens.

Step 7. Set the failure behavior

  • Goal: Tell the flow what to do when InfutorData returns a failure response.
  • Context: This controls whether a failed enrichment stops the lead or lets it keep moving through the flow.

Instructions:

  1. Choose one option:
    • Stop processing the lead and mark the lead as failure — the lead does not continue past this step.
    • Continue processing the lead — the lead moves on even without enrichment.
  2. Click Add to Flow.

Expected Result:
The integration is configured and added to your flow.

Step 8. Confirm the step was added

  • Goal: Verify Attributes now appears as a step.
  • Context: The new step shows in the flow’s Steps list, where you can open it later to adjust field mappings, step criteria, or other settings.

Instructions:

  1. Look for InfutorData - Attributes in the Steps list.
  2. Click it to review its module, field mappings, and other settings.

Expected Result:
InfutorData - Attributes appears as a numbered step in your flow.

Step 9. Save the flow

  • Goal: Make the new step live.
  • Context: Adding the step stages it in the flow builder. Saving is what deploys the change to your running flow.

Instructions:

  1. Click Save in the top right.

Expected Result:
Your flow is saved and now runs with the InfutorData Attributes step in place.

Validation & Monitoring

  • Test the Setup: Use Test Flow to send a sample lead and confirm InfutorData appends the attributes and applies any filters you set.
  • Where to Monitor: Open the step to check its field mappings, and watch the flow’s events to see the enrichment and filter results on live leads.

Best Practices

  • Start with filters on Don’t filter if you only want enrichment. Add a threshold once you know how the data looks on your leads.
  • Remember the Vantage score is household-level Geo Credit data, not an individual credit score, so set expectations with buyers accordingly.
  • Keep the failure behavior on Stop processing when the enriched data is required for the buyer or later steps, so incomplete leads do not move forward.

Troubleshooting

Symptom / Error Likely Cause Resolution
Authentication fails at the credentials step Wrong Account Code Re-enter the value and confirm it with InfutorData. Use the “How do I get my InfutorData credentials?” link for guidance.
More leads pass than expected when a filter is set The no-data setting is letting leads through Open the step and change “When InfutorData has no data for an active filter” to the stop option.
Leads are marked as failure at this step InfutorData returned a failure response and the step is set to stop processing Confirm this is the behavior you want. To let leads continue, change the setting to “Continue processing the lead.”

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Which InfutorData integration should I choose for demographic data?
A: InfutorData Attributes. It appends demographic and Geo Credit attributes. Identity Completion and Identity Scoring are separate InfutorData integrations for different jobs.

Q: Is the Vantage score the lead’s personal credit score?
A: No. It is household-level Geo Credit data, not the individual’s credit score.

Q: Do I have to set the filters?
A: No. Both filters default to “Don’t filter,” so you can enrich without filtering.

Q: Can I change the settings after adding the step?
A: Yes. Open the InfutorData - Attributes step in your flow to adjust its field mappings, step criteria, caps, and other settings.
